Shipping Policy

• For Personalised jewellery it takes 7-10 working days and for other jewellery it takes 1-2 working days to dispatch. ( working days: Mon-Fri )

• For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3-7 days once your order is dispatched. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link.
  
  
• For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  

IMPORTANT- For Personalised jewellery once the order is booked, it cannot be cancelled.
